Hi and welcome to the blog for Sciatica and it's treatment.

As a long time sufferer of back pain from a young age I am passionate not about the pain but about cures, remedies and relief from the discomfort it gives.

There are literally millions of people around the world that have that sickening lower ache, leg pain, even headaches and a whole lot more all caused by their back.

After many years of irritation and frustration I found what I think has been the best cure for my back pain since I began this quest.
